What is it?
OMonitor is motivated by the real-time system monitor, such as Windows Tasks Manager, Linux top command.
It provides and will provide the real-time monitoring and analysis to the current running Oracle Database.
Graph visualization and table analysis are the fundamental of OMonitor, it will be easy to use,
easy to discover problem and easy to analyze the problem.
OMonitor is under developing by Kaya.
Features:
OMonitor will have a collection of functionality which I believe quite useful: such as
SQL capturing, according to client, module
SQL plan capturing
active session capturing
system statistics
metrics
Requested Features:
If you think one functionality is quite necessary for a DBA, it can be integrated perfectly into OMonitor, don’t hesitate to tell me, and it could be a new feature of OMonitor.
